What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require 24 hours notice in the unfortunate event that you must cancel a lesson or cancel your attendance in a class. Payment is still required for a lesson or class cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Question 2

What happens during inclement weather like rain?

Accepted Answer

We will email or text you if the courts are NOT playable due to rain or other bad weather (heat, ash from fires, etc.)  Assume that your class/lesson is happening unless you hear otherwise.

Question 3

What skill level is required for Cardio Tennis?

Accepted Answer

Cardio Tennis requires that you are able to rally and hit volleys.  Feel free to contact us (mailto:info@topspinbabytennis.com)if you're unsure about your personal level of play.

Question 4

What methods of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We only accept cash or check.  There is an ATM machine at the facility should you need access to cash.
 
Payments are due at the time of your class or lesson.
 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: credit cards, PayPal, Venmo or other types of on-line payments at this time.  Thank you for your understanding.

Question 5

Why do you limit your Cardio Tennis class size?

We find that 6-8 people is the optimal class size to keep everyone moving and maximize your experience.  New classes are forming all the time so if your desired class is full, there is bound to be another one.
